In order to achieve quality, deadline and cost targets, professional supervision of the construction work is of crucial importance for compliance with quality regulations, industrial safety, payment for building work and cost control, compliance with deadlines and with the specifications of the Construction Contract Procedures (VOB).
As a result of the parallel involvement of many planners and builders in one project, smooth coordination of the various trades is a challenge.
